i see no value sorry

..in meaningless non-premium names in a new TLD that has no sales history with all strong keywords reserved / premium-priced by the registry

unless you can find & reg a solid keyword for regular reg fee i would not bother regging random (what is "eternal homes"?) or low quality stuff

fountainhomes.com is for sale, net/org avail
eternalhomes.com is for sale, net/org avail
1sthomes.com is for sale, net taken since 2016 / not resolving for me, org avail

1sthome.com sold last year on Namejet for $498 (to a domainer obviously)
..and is for sale too.
decide for yourself how stronger "1st home" than "1st homes" is.
and what discount you need to apply to your .homes vs corresponding .com if/when you ever get a buyer request..

bot appraisals (estibot, godaddy etc)...
if you seriously discuss them or reg anything based on their valuations you are probably in a big trouble with your portfolio already ..

just imho

ist.homes isn't bad I like 4pm and do listen but rather harsh as end users really wont be looking it up. I think you can push into the loan marketplace as well as realestate I am going to say hold this and ask for $xxxx settle for mid $xxx. I still think 4pm would get out of it with a profit. The other names are totally worthless i mean real crap.

Did you lock down the .com's also that goes with the .homes. If not, then there is really not that much value IMO

Thanks for answer @DomainGuy1. Checked on GoDaddy, and 1sthomes.com and fountainhomes.com are for sale for 5.4k and 5.7k, respectively.

For niched ngTLDs, you’ll have to combine the keyword with the extension to get the full picture.

I think 1st.homes and maybe fountain.homes might be able to sell for $xxx to a low $xxxx in the future. Eternal.homes might be harder, or but I might be wrong. ;)

Best of luck!

I don't understand that last one. Are yard fountains trending this year?

If not, then what is the significance of fountain/home?

new TLD that has no sales history

@4pm The TLD was previously restricted re ownership and reissued without that last month. How many resales would you expect in first month? None in my opinion.

Re the OP I really like 1st(.)homes A clever name in an important business. It's hard to predict price but I think odds of selling better than most domains. Good luck with it.

Good point @EbookLover. Fountain can refer to city names, eg:

Fountain, Colorado
Fountain Valleys, California

I admit that the market is quite limited.

Cheers ⛲

Yes the registry seemed to reserve at high premium places above some population (maybe 75000 have not checked carefully). I noticed I could get places in this region with 25000 to 45000 pop but trying to decide if market enough. I see from Google the housing seems active in Fountain, Co.As you say chances higher when multiple places same name.

Fairy houses (atound large trees by sidewalk) populair here and maybe tiny houses in fountains will take off too!
