advice Branding ideas?

Although, I guess it is time for the spring league to get going. We got lots of places around here and they all use the keyword "hit". I liked your "Hit It!" mention.

Kids up to say college age

I just did some searching and a lot of the obvious ones using "hit", "hitter", "swing", etc. are long gone on .COM.

I would limit to two words max and from the very limited supply I found:

BestHitters.com
SlugHit.com
HitSwing.com
Hittur.com

If you're looking for the corresponding .COM, it's tough branding out there, but if you are open to other gTLDs, then there are a lot more options.

superhit, supershot, hotShot, hitInstyle, HitLikeApro, HitSherpa

i would go with a name that has 'coach' in it:

While you can get first year less than $6 in .coach, renewals set you back about $35 though.

I really do like BatMan(.)com, but obviously the dot com is taken. In memory of this being the 100th birthday celebration for Jackie Robinson (first black to play major league baseball in 1947), you may consider BatMan311(.)com where .311 was Robinson's batting average over his tenure playing for the Dodgers. You might even consider BatManPark.org and give a percentage of your proceeds to the Jackie Robinson Foundation.that gives scholarships to minority youth. I think tying JR's name to your range could be very rewarding in a lot of ways.
