Hi @Donny

I find the recent(?) changes in the Inquiry Manager interface as to "Status Updates" to be extremely confusing. Why do I seem unable now to dismiss an inquiry? Why all the changes?

Hope to hear your comments.

@forge - I'll pass this on to the programmer who works on it. I'll let you know.

Anybody seeing any issues with ads not showing up? I just noticed the last 2 I added, no ads. Then checked older ones, all clean. Chrome 0 ads showing. Firefox 1 ad, tried again 2 ads/related links.

As an example, beachlover.com

Chrome - 0 ads
Firefox - 2 ads
Microsoft Edge - the usual 10 ads/related links

@JB Lions send me a PM with the domains. I know our upstream ad provider has been working on a new related system and one of my domains only shows 3 related terms on the landing page. If that is what you are talking about.

I agree 100%. Now I can no longer close/cancel lowball offers and have to sit through the constant email reminders to review these lowball offers. I don't understand these changes, they seem to have made the user experience/functionality for sellers worse. Sorry Donny but these changes are not good

You can close any inquiry from the Inquiry Manager (before going to the specific domain page) Check box on right and click "Close Inquiry"

Not sure if it sends email to the other party. Before we had control of that. Sometimes you want the other party to know its been closed, sometimes you don't

I click on the offer link and it brings me to the interface for them individual domain where there is no option to close. Thanks to your workaround I can navigate to the Inquiry Manager homepage however I didn't even see the close inquiry button because it was at the bottom of 25 records. My request is pleased let us know close an offer from the domain offer page as well this after all is where sellers are sent to when they receive an offer. Also buyers seem to miss the fact that they are offering in USD, I can understand this when they they are not US based, and many times I get offers that when I accept it transpires they thought they were offering in their own currency I would suggest that buyers need to select USD in a drop down before progressing justify a suggestion

Hmm, I haven't encountered that currency issue. But there's a first time for everything!

And I also managed to find some sort of workaround for the inquiry problem, but why should we need a workaround?

Thanks, @Donny. I have noticed another funny glitch that is longstanding. Whenever I click to "Preview" a layout for any domain, a preview pane shows for maybe two seconds but then disappears and oddly is replaced by a similar preview pane but for the Voodoo.com domain itself. Has this ever been brought to your attention? I really don't think it would be unique to my browser/device.

Any idea?

@forge - Our upstream ad provider, broke the ability for it to work. They keep telling us that they will get it working again, but I'm guessing they may never fix it. We will change it from Preview to just View Site.

This happened today, and it was only on a certain set of domains. They told me they were going to have it fixed today, but so far, it's not.

@Donny

Can I somehow redirect the
"this domain is for sale" banner
to my own LP?

@frank-germany of course you can redirect your for sale to whatever you want.

@frank-germany

I think this might be what you're looking for:

When you choose "For Sale" in the Options tab, one of the choices is "Redirection."

(@Donny: Hopefully this screen cap is okay to use as an example...)

Our upstream ad provider had some issues on the 30th until the 2nd. And they just told us it has been corrected. So we are re-running those days now.
