We have owned our trademarks for over 20 years – US Registration Numbers: 1972363 – 2173202 -1,972,363 - 2,003,922 - 2,173,202 - 2,721,952. In addition to our US trademarks, our Marks are registered around the world in more than 50 countries.



You are receiving this Cease and Desist letter due to the fact you are misusing our trademarks causing confusion and irreparable damage to our brand. Your website, spinbikexxxxx.com which links to non-Spinning® branded information and products is a violation of our trademark rights. In addition, owning a domain name that bares our Marks which links to information not related to our trademark is also a violation of our trademarks rights. Our trademarked terms Spin®, Spinning® and/or Spinner® should not to be used as generic terms to promote generic indoor cycling products, programs or reviews.



We request that you relinquish ownership of the domain "spinbikexxxx.com" by transferring it to our account at Godaddy. As your domain is also registered with Godaddy, the transfer process is very simple. You can either unlock the domain and I can initiate the transfer or you can transfer it by sending it to our account. Once you agree to the relinquishing ownership, I can provide our account information if you’d like to transfer. Please respond via email or phone by the end of the day, March 18, 2015.
