Actually they are just better sales people that know how to extract large amounts of cash so are almost insulted with a less than convincing sales pitch. You may need to approach differently showing how the name brings traffic and previous keyword sales. They are more like domainers than you imagine striving for the fast money. My parents had real estate business can really fool them.

Most of Agents under broker in charge use the mothership website, and just very few got an own website IMO

Domainers complain they never get to the right person if someone is a real estate agent but not the licence holder then you probably have the wrong person not the decision maker. These are normal hurdles for domainers like dealing with the webmaster and not the owner. It is difficult enough to get past reception with a lot of business due to the amount of time wasted on previous spam. If your name has merit they will find you.

Brokers in charge / Business owners are as cheap as the regular agents, that what I meant in my first post. When I contacted a regular agents it was with a low $xxx domains.

Low xxx doesn't sound like a first choice. If your battling to sell a premium reduced then start to worry but we are talking too early for this extension to foresee much ahead and the competition with other extensions is fierce.
