Godaddy estimated value should be disabled for those domains like cool-team.de for domain biz purpose

The second main problem is that the algorithm doesn’t seem to learn from new domain sales. Even if a domain sells for $25,000 at GoDaddy and the sale is actually shown in the the Godaddy appraisal tool the “algorithm” does not seem to acknowledge that. The least the algorithm could do was give more weight to newer sales. It doesn’t.

This guy probably use my thread idea for his blog without credits

And any .xyz/.mobi names that sold previously for $xxxxx+, they should be valued at $xxxxx+

What would go in a good appraisal report. Related keywords, sales history, initial registration date, volume of content on internet, number of relational registerations, 3rd party hashtag and search meta information.

This stuff can't be that hard.
