Hi there,
Wondered if you could help? in how to show either i) a party didnt ever own a domain name or ii) if they did own a domain name they never developed a website off of it.
Looking for a service/person to provide this info (Already a member of DomainTools and seen DomainIQ) but not an expert in this area so wish to ask the experts how we should do it.
Two Objectives:
1. For the domains Y did own, prove that Y never built a website or any business around them and if any site was built afterwards, it didnt have anything to do with Y
2. For the domains that Y never purchased or owned, prove that Y never owned or had anything to do with them and the other party’s allegations are false as they are.
Deliverables
The key is to advise how to show this.
Some basic tools may include:

ii) Historical screen pages
Domain Tools screen pages
Wayback machine screen shots
iii) Hosting history
HosterStats - to show site never hosted so no website was active?

Background:
An ex-client is attempting not to pay unpaid invoices and get out of contractual obligations by claiming Y ran porn, sex trafficking, escort businesses.
This is absolutely false.
The other party (ex client) have now presented a list of 76 websites and domain names they claim were owned or associated by Y and that Y ran working websites off of these domain names.
Y does hold a domain name portfolio (purchased over 700 and only a very small % were ever of an adult nature ((as they came up in the algorithm used to research and purchase domain names i.e. number of searches on certain keywords)
Over 50% of the 76 domains were never purchased or associated in anyway with Y and he has never heard of them before.
The remaining domain names, Y did purchase as a buy and hold but Y either cancelled (before the official expiry date) or let the domains expire (didnt renew them) and at no point were any websites or businesses built on the domain names.
Two Objectives:
1. For the domains Y did own, prove that Y never built a website or any business around them and if any site was built afterwards, it didnt have anything to do with Y.
2. For the domains that Y never purchased or owned, prove that Y never owned or had anything to do with them.
How:
