We've answered transfer promo questions on previous threads as well but in short - please understand that transfer promos are quite difficult for us to roll out. Unless registries offer us discounts (which they are unlikely to do since it doesn't really benefit them to have more domains in one registrar if those domains are simply transferred in from other registrars), rolling out a transfer will result in a loss to us. And going down below cost on transfers makes it much tougher for us to continue supporting the other parts of the business.

While we understand that there are plenty of legitimate customers (counting you in this group) who are simply looking for an extra incentive to transfer over, most others will simply transfer their domains in to benefit from the extra year and then transfer back out again once the year is up, so we won't be able to recoup the loss over the next x years that it'd take of renewal orders.

As such, our approach is instead just to keep our everyday prices as low as we can possibly offer and transfers nearly at cost so you're able to transfer over whenever you choose without having to worry if you got the best transfer deal possible.
