I hope this is the good forum for my request,
I own domain name with 165,000 monthly searches with 2 Words exact .COM in the Solar Energy industry.
I looking for partner who can take the domain and will develop website, or someone who will want to rent it and make his own website.

It should be SolarPanel or SolarPanels, you have SolarsPanel which is grammatically incorrect.

Always check with Google prior registrations when English is not your mother languague (I also have to do it). GL

You could transfer it to a registrar that allows renting of a domain. Epik does this, for example.

Dont feel bad, I've gotten excited over high search domains I had. And kept wondering why no one cared about my gold... just be humble and enjoy the ride of learning. As for keyword tools I notice they will often give the wrong results when using plurals. As they give the results for singular. To avoid this try both and if number is exact same. Then question it.

Don't feel too disappointed. There are probably thousands of registrations with a misplaced 'S' all worthless

Even the name doesn't seems to be branded. But someone could take an advantage of your domain to increase is solar panel sales. Try contacting People from China who are selling solar panel.

learn how to use, read and interpret results from google adword tool correctly.
and always use proper grammar.

You may still get traffic with a landing page it isn't a great brand or really generic and agree with all that is said but it could still turn a profit.

its not a high search domain

you want to learn how tools operate in order to understand the results they show

Actually G does distinguish between them I see 50,000,000 results for "solar panel" but only 25,000 for "solars panel" both using quotes, Always use quotes when looking for search results. It often makes a huge difference.
