The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. A pair of six-figure .com sales lead the way on our latest weekly all extension Top 20 Sales Chart. The highest of those – at $350,000 - ranks among the 20 biggest sales reported so far this year. It was followed by a pair of 3-letter .com sales totaling $175,000. .Coms swept 16 of the 21 chart entries with four spots going to ccTLDs (including one of the year’s 30 biggest sales in that group). The non .com gTLDs had only one entry but that one ranks among the category’s 20 biggest sales so far this year. Packet.com?
Packet is relatively technical, usually related to web hosting / network speed. This seems like a big surprise, just in time for Braden Pollock's Christmas?

Thanks for sharing.

Packet.com is an interesting sale and I would've never thought of it going for around that price!

Packet dot com, great sale!

If someone posted that in a appraisal section a few days ago I'm guessing most people would have said, can't see end-user usage. Mid xxxx to high xxxx, low 5 if really lucky.

Great sale for packet.com..
If we talk about technology world particularly networking side, packet is a strong word. So I would say the company who bought it would be at that part of the globe, but still it’s really a vv good value on this name the seller has got. Cognates…
