There are sites dedicated to new releases in food, music, books, toys, games and tech (for io) etc etc

Pick a niche, do some outbound and see how you get on OR develop a site.

Releases has a nice monthly search volume and some small CPC

Personally I would try and get low / mid xxxx and accept low xxxx upwards (I edited my price slightly higher)
