Thought about this but you can simply say that you bought it and it is on him, I suppose.

this is recent case about godaddy fraud domain being repossessed by godaddy
I also found that TS already experiencing the same case with indianarenting(dot)com

Your concern is genuine and I appreciate that but there is no fraud i can assure that because what i am doing is totally legal unless and until someone makes a mess out of it.

If there's a rare case of your domain getting charged backed by Godaddy, i will give double the refund.

I am aware of the case, that was totally i different thing... not related to what i am doing.
And regarding the IndianaRenting, i was on the receiving side and the seller ripped me off purposely.

I hope that clarifies your doubts.

Still if you feel that what i am doing is not good, I will stop doing it from here.
and will not post this again.

That is a valid possibility.

I had just got an offer for purchasing the domain at low price. I am not doing any sort of fraud.
May be this is not the right place to help people.
Will delete the thread. I think people are getting offended.
