Agree that you should wait for proper specific end user. I expect low 5 figures or more. Good luck.

I actually like this because art drawn by AI is already a thing... and will likely be a bigger thing in the future. I'd definitely hang onto this. The only problem would be TM issues with the Art institute ... but if you can make the case that this domain is about AI and not the institute you might be good.
