In this thread, I will give you my opinion about your submitted new gTLD domain name.

I will focus not only on its numerical appraisal, but also will take other factors into consideration (mainly renewal fee and what you do with the name, where it is presented, etc), to debate whether it is a good investment choice (in my opinion). Just because I am a new gTLD investor it does not mean that I will give good opinion on crappy names - so I will tell you when I see no value or potential. To see examples of new gTLD domain names I personally invest in, you can check my website www.brands.international.

Rules:
1. Only 1 new gTLD domain name can be submitted daily per 1 Namepros user.
2. This thread is related to new gTLD domain names only - I can not give you my opinion about .com, .net, org or ccTLD names like .de or .co.uk names, as I do not have enough direct experience with them.
3. I am not responsible for any damages related to my advice - it is only my personal opinion, although I will really try my best to give reasonable, and well-balanced opinion.
4. You can submit only domain name you personally own.
5. For security and privacy purposes, all names submitted and discussed in replies must be in
keyword(s) / gTLD extension format (for example royal / estate, or bestgames / online)
6. Comments/opinions/appraisals from other members on any name submitted here are very welcome :)

@MrAcidic I think you made a good decision with pricing. If that sells with 1% yearly probability, it would be realistic around that price imo. It might sell even for 5k maybe, but chances of resell are then lower.

It seems to have small premium attached to it (around 14-15), so math is (yearly cost 14 vs projected yearly profit 27-30)...seems good to me. GL :)
Always appreciate your time and effort! (y)

anime/school

Thanks
@Domaindogged I like the name, but when I visited uniregistry.com, I can see very large number of good close alternatives to your name in another new gTLD extension. So you can sell your domain for 400-800 maybe with 1% yearly probability, but you will have hard time to ask for more then that, as end user can go and reg something like anime/express or anime/education for few USD....

In addition, I have not seen renewal promo for .school yet (and cost of it standard renewal is around 25-30 at most registrars). So your yearly fixed costs is $25-$30, while your yearly projected profit is $4-$8 .. it seems that math is very strong against this name from investment point of view..

Sto/international
@tourvegas I tried to google it, but to me it seems like random LLL in .international...
as such I do not think it has any real value, unless someone would need urgently acronym for his 3 word domain name in .international extension...in this case, it can go for 500-1k imo, but I think this is highly umprobable..Do you maybe have some special intention behind the registration of this name? :)

Sorry I should have explained. Sto stands for "security token offering" its the next wave of regulated crypto, as traditional securities migrate to the blockchain and companies look to raise funds in the crypto space they will use this as opposed to ICOs with are unregulated. sto.org just sold for 25k .

Thanks for explaining, appreciated :) Did not know about this meaning. Still, I would be carefull about number of alternatives in new gTLD space (one can go to uniregistry.com, put 'sto' in search field, and see large numbers of competition in other extension there...).

@D0M4IN interesting name, but I personally can not envision any end users for this really...
not sure why this one was registered...the only reason I can think of is that it might be a traffic domain name maybe?

But it seems even not parked with some advertisements or so....so so far, I see almost 0 value there, maybe 200 - 400 if someone really likes it, with low probabilities of resale (unless you shed some more light on the eventual purpose of this domain name). GL :)

Auto.graphics

What is your opinion on this one?
@domainsmgm it seems like auto / graphics has medium renewal of around $38 attached to it, while it was first registered in 2016 by another person and then dropped after 2 years of holding. This is high quality new gTLD domain name imo, with tons of end users. and it can rank high in Google once properly developed. Lot of end users can upgrade by this name.

I think it is 5k-25k name, it has large commercial potential, but much depends on you as an seller (you should be able to explain end users WHY this name will benefit them). GL :)

Ventilator / icu

Thanks
@steven55 it is too soon to appraise names in .icu as it is very fresh extension, but from what I have seen so far it can be 350 - 1,5k name in 2018, if someone likes it (end user). Probably not more because end users have lot of alternatives in new gTLD space for keyword "ventilator" (although in your domain name there is potential wordplay with "icu" aka "ice you", which is pretty playful)... but this range is feasable imo. GL :)

what about
expired//market
@D0MA1N expired / market is little better, imo, comparing to previously appraised expired / site, but it is kind of vague (market with WHAT what was expirated?) ... expired domains maybe? Anyway, it can serve as nice new gTLD brandable if you find a use for it, and can go for 1k maybe, but my feeling is that it will not be an easy resale, as the name is really very vague. I personally do not feel it much, but hopefully I am wrong and you will have some nice sale. GL :)

Thanks a lot !
Banking on the fact that Ventilator is the most used equipment in icu (Intensive Care unit)
Perhaps some hospitals may be interested in some way..:xf.smile:

It is good name, but will need some outbound with this explanation imo. 99% of decision makers in hospitals would not be probably aware that this possibility exists at all in 2018, and they will not search for name by themsefves. GL!

Yeah, thanks!
I have to be ready for some good outbound effort from my side for this..

U can contact ventilator manufacturers. This is very much related and highly connected domain name in the hospital and healthcare industry. Reach out the end-users of ventilator manufacturers imo. Good luck.

Yeah, even that is good idea. Thanks.

kiosk/bike please
@Domaindogged I google that and it is an actual product, so some companies can utilize your name nicely.
However my feeling is that this needs outbound, as those end users are typically not online companies, so they will not be very aware of this option.

I think if that sells, it can be around 400-2,5k, but withot intensive selling effort I find probabilities of sale very low, because of nature of this business.

From math point of view the name will not deliver very good, as yearly cost is around $20 - $25 at some registrars, while yearly projected profit is imo $4-$25 (and this only in case of proactive outbound).

GL :)
