Thanks wish it was a one word- denier.com. But you gave me an idea, I have a similar one word in spanish, I suppose I could use it to sell gas masks, umbrellas, long underwear, bikinis, maga hats, coffee cups and bumper stickers and brand it.

Believe it or not, where I travel it’s like that everywhere. Missing manhole covers and sewer grates, exposed electrical wiring, pedestrians have no rights, slippery shiny floors, exposed rebar and chopped off street signs in the middle of sidewalk, etc. kinda like an urban minefield.
