This is a normal practice in out bound for low xxx deals, being in outbound for 10 years always customers have paid after push, first time an end-user stopped responding after namesilo push, what can be done? I know he is listed in Google business and his phone number.

Therefore, you need to buy and sell through special sites.

No, absolutely not. As mentioned previously, if he sold 50 names and got one non-payment, it's as if he used escrow with only a 2% fee (and likely a lot less since it was a cheap name).

Pushing first is the right way to go for cheaper domains and will earn you more money in the long run.

OP, there are so many things you can do. You can spam him negative reviews, you can rank a website with his domain keywords and elaborate how he's a scammer. You can ban his adsense (or any ad accounts), DDOS him and spam his FB page with bad ratings. So many things you can do. I would have fun with him.

Karma doesn't exist. What exists and works, tho, is punishment. If he loses a lot of money, he will think twice before scamming again. You might save some people this way. If he suffers no consequences, he will learn that he can scam for free.

Just an aside, you should probably post proof before that. People are too quick to jump on someone without evidence.

Message him that you will expose him publicly on several websites.

If he doesn't reply, go for it.
