Hi guys, I've been buying domain names for about 7 months now and never had any offers yet. Could someone please take a look at my domains and tell me if I'm wasting my time and money.
If you go to sedo.com and type in one of my domain names
( Coinhub247.com) and then scroll down to the stacked boxes, it will show my whole portfolio. Any opinions good or bad would be appreciated
Thank you

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Over 50 people looked at this page but no comments or advice.please guys I'm here to learn if I've made mistakes. I'm thick skinned so can take criticism as well as good advice.
Thank you

Can you publish the list here?

Most of them are no good IMO, londonpropertylet, peercoinhub, justaccomodation, coinhub247 may have some value, I'd dump the rest, stay away from numbers+letters and hyphen domains and stick with .com (preferably make sense 2words not invented).

Honesty, I think you are wasting your time and the majority of those names should not be renewed. I quickly scrolled through them but the only one I saw which was interesting was chilltime.net and even that one has limited value if you find an end user, perhaps up to $1K? The rest look like short words or letters with numbers and unless those numbers mean something it is usually a bad idea to put random numbers in a domain name. .online and .uk domains also don't have a lot of value as far as I'm concerned.

Just because it's available, you do not need to register it.

Strictly speaking shouldn't this be in appraisal section maybe? I had a quick look at CoinHub(.)com. Is there a way in Sedo to quickly find the whole list? Like on Afternic and Undeveloped and Flippa and the registrar marketplaces there is a link to all domains by a seller, but I am being blind and don't see it for Sedo.

CoinHub itself does not strike me as a bad domain name at all. I see it only has a little bit of traffic, perhaps due to your post. I think it is just with so many domains out there in the niche, and so many on Sedo, it is tough to get noticed.

Anyway, as general advice there is typically for a solid (but not super premium) .com domain portfolio about 1 chance in 100 that any particular domain name will sell in any calendar year. So let's say you have 100 names, and have been trying to sell them about half a year. There is about 1 chance in 200 that you would have a sale by now. You can scale to your actual numbers.

My only other reflection, have you done more than list them on Sedo? Like promoted on social media, outbound, other marketplaces, etc.? Those can help names find traction.

Good luck. Domain selling is the opposite of fast flipping, as someone wise on NPs once said! (I forget who, unfortunately, but so true)

He's right, going to Sedo is too ugh.
Post the names here and remove the ".com" at the end.

Hi Bob thanks for your feedback. The only way I know of to see the whole portfolio is what I wrote in the original post. You have to click on the stacked boxes at the bottom of the page after going to sedo and typing in coinhub247. Click on it and scroll down
Kind regards

Thanks. I am still being blind. I did enter your domain name on Sedo and found that without trouble before I posted. But no matter where I scroll down I don't see a link for all domain names by you. Or do I need to pretend I am going to make an offer on it?

Sedo definitely need more friendly interface imho!

Bob

EDIT - Ignore it, I have found how to do it.

Numbers + letters are never good, except in special circumstances. But most, if not all, of your domains have numbers. . . I'm glad you stuck to .com, but wow.

@Lagunaboy, We first timer always make same mistakes which are

1) registering trademark names; I see a lot of trademarked names on there like Binance*****, Amazon*** etcetera. Do away with those as it could land you in trouble

2) registering other extensions other than .com. Dont do it for now please.

3) We tend to think we can play a fast one on hand registering a premium by adding figures to it.. Well Estateagent.com is great but Estateagent360.com is not so great. So stop adding numbers to domains except of course if bet365.com or sport247.com is available for handreg.

What to do;

List most of them on namejet and see if you can get rid of some for $69,then start reading most of niche domain discussion and see what people are buying.
