Anybody getting tons of random 11-digit phone calls ?

I have also been getting a lot of them (about 5 to 15 a day) either strange 11-12 digit numbers, or normal looking 10 digit numbers, usually from out of state area codes. It's so bad I no longer answer the calls and let then go to voice mail, where the callers never leave a message. Recently even getting calls from 5 digit numbers such as 385-87 for example. How is that done anyway?

The next day I call them all back first using *67 to block my number. Then I get recordings saying no such number, not in service, disconnected, and occasionally I get someone who answers but was a victim themselves with their number being pirated without their knowledge.

I block every number and have an estimated 2,000 plus blocked but it doesn't help as it appears they are using a system where they can use a random number, or select any number (even my own number on caller id or my same area code to make it seem legit), so blocking is probably a waste of time.

Does anyone have thoughts on a solution to these harassing and/or spam calls?

I have this phone system and wow, I can knock out almost anything for $10 a month for the entire system.

99% of them do not leave a message, but a few have been people with what sounds like indian accents saying "I am calling your to discuss your frustration with underperforming clients" or something.

I have Hiya installed, so they all go to some kind of block or screening, but this pattern is new and the volume of them is very high. It might be domain related as I seem to get them on the number I use for my domaining contact, but not my other phones.

This is not related to calls I usually get after regging with NetSol, as those appear to be real numbers and only come in small bursts.

Bastards won't give up, I had to put in a special phone system to deal with them.

I haven't gotten the 11-12 digit number calls (yet) but I have been getting TONS of spammy calls and calls that are using my own number or the number where my husband works. I am about ready to turn off home phone service due to to the high volume of annoyance calls. I will check ou myooma though.
