There is no stability in any cryptocurrence yet.
With the kind of fluctuations in the price, a domain that changed hands today at $100K worth cryptocurrency can become $70K in an a day. Companies will loose money as domain owner will simply say I want 100K.

The real reason why marketplaces like SEDO didn't add cryptocurrencies isn't volatility, it's short vision and general lack of innovation.

For one, venues like Undeveloped, Epik and Bodis have integrated BTC purchases and payouts a long time ago, and buyers/sellers have the option, not the obligation, to use it.

In second place, the advent of stablecoins (originally Tether, but many others now) means one can be paid with zero volatility. It's digital dollars in your electronic wallet, free of charges.

I think in the future as cryptos grow, more will start accepting it. I find it convenient to have some btc to fill account balance for renewals,registrations etc.
