Hi folks,

I haven't used Network Solutions before and I have read negative comments here,
but I was looking to transfer few .co domains and they have by far the best offer!

$9.99 when the 2nd cheaper is at least $20, and it is applied for many domains!

check here:
https://www.networksolutions.com/domain-transfer/index.jsp

I want to ask, whether any of you have used this offer and if everything went ok?
Also, do you know if they have an extra charge, in case i want to transfer them in the future? like they had for the .com promotion!
i tried to find the terms of use but i couldn't! They only information they provide is the following:

* $9.99 service fee is non-refundable and applies to each domain name requested to transfer. Network Solutions does not guarantee the transfer through this service. $9.99/Year Domains with 1-Year Term applies to domain extensions supported for online transfer only. For transfers successfully completed within 90 days of the purchase date, 1 year will be added to the domain name term at no additional cost. Discounts on additional renewal years added at the time of the transfer request are available for 1, 2, 3, 5, 20, and 100 year terms. Special discounted per year pricing is reflected in shopping cart total. Upon expiration, all domains will be renewed at the then current price.

i would appreciate your feedback!

Hi Alcy,

thanks for your questions...i updated my initial post with the link!
it applies to .co because i added them to my cart and i went all the process until payment!

they do not mention which other extensions, but they have general promo for transfer, so i assumed that it is applied to other extensions!

i tried with .io but it is not eligible!

.com ,.net, .org is ok

ionos.com (ex. 1and1) have $7 .co transfer

1and1 has also some very bad reviews on namepros.

maybe in the end there is good reason why these registrars offer promos all the time and stand on their heads to attract new people...

cheers.

I advice you on eurodns, netsol changed and today big costumers want to another, web.com is not the solution if you want secure names

Welcome to the club. I'm Dutch and they refuse to take orders from The Netherlands. The reason why is beyond me. I can get that they won't take orders from some countries but why allow any EU country, any obscure island in the pacific but not Holland?

Good riddance though. The only issue was getting some clients out of there when I took them on but got that solved eventually.

ayone else here hasving a red error message when checking out using paypal?

I tried several times and it is not really going anywhere.

I read elsewhere that some people have it some do not.. but I've no clue why they do.. or how to fix it.. my paypal works perfect across ten or so registrars, almost daily.

calling paypal they said its on netsols end. and netsol says its on paypal end.

I never transacted with netsol before.. not crazy bout doing it either.. but .co for $10 is tempting.. as is some other promos they have..

any info or help with this?

anyone tranfrd?

so, my experience so far...

i initiated a transfer of one .co domain on 1st of December...i didn't have any problem with the payment and i paid with paypal.
But, the domain hasn't been transferred yet.
At the control panel says: "We've submitted your transfer for processing...", but i know that they haven't started the transfer process, because i always receive email from Porkbun when they receive a transfer request.
So, I tried to contact them by opening a support ticket, but they replied that i need start the transfer again! But I can't do it, because it appears that the transfer request is pending!
Then i tried to contact them again but i can't, because they closed the support ticket, and i cannot open a new ticket because it is not working anymore!

i think i had to miss the $10, in order to understand what Netsol is!! haha
