Strikes me as more of a personal or humor site, which don't tend to capture as high a price as industry specific domains. It also doesn't sound quite right to me out loud.

I'd say, depending on what you paid for it, list $150-200 BIN and you might get an impulse buy.

Thats fake best idea is start trolling facebook with "thats fake" and comical witty comments get famous i am thinking ask a lot more. winner winner winner just develop it do as i said. Start with celebrities, etc rappers and fake watches cash etc. Troll them hard. A developed site is not domain only anymore go get the hashtag facebook name etc or collaborate network with them.
The fakes might buy the real off you.

This is not a commercial related domain.
I mean it is not for business, so its price is low enough and it is very difficult to sell it and not important if it is 4 years old or 44 years old.
Ok, I see similar sales, but you have no idea who sold and who bought another domains.
But the fact is this domain is not business related, it is not brabdable, not display something positive, doesnt bring positive emotions...
So for me it is reg fee...
Could you sell it? Of couse yes, if you get lucky or find the right person, you can sell it...

In the era of fake news, deep fakes, and all of the other scary stuff possible with artificial intelligence, this could ultimately be a good name. Like the Snopes of fake news.

I have no idea who the end user is for this.

But if it were my name, I would hang onto it for a while because it should only grow in value.

And other potential arenas for " Thats Fake ", in addition to fake news are;

Fake antiques;
Fake autographs;
Fake documents;
Fake signed collectible letters;
Fake products;
Fake similar stuff etc.

These are additional possible markets for the domain name and likely used in a Discussion / Blog / Forum format.

Value of the name might likely meet the upper range of the well researched comps cited above.

I'd say develop it? very good name and you know why.
