but there is link showing for transfer out in domain management .

There was no fee for me to transfer one out so far.
There is a 50 cent deal out there with a 20$transfer fee
60 day lock is in effect, I think pushes or pulls are not part of lock, just transfer out

any fees for transfer out of networksolutions
