WWW forwarding and SEO

I have a site that doesnt show adsense without www. So as I tried to go to console, the old version and add www and when I reopen the same site my pick has gone away, appears the old version isnt working so well now. I thought maybe I could try with forwarding the .domain.com to www.domain.com Will that be bad for seo?

Redirecting domain from domain.com to www.domain.com wont be bad. I have seen specialist they prefer to have domain.com instead www.domain.com. But at last all it matter how good is your content, traffic, links inbound and outbound. Design of website also matters.

Do does the www change how it does get indexed or there is no difference at all?

I have seen before ranking were better on Search engines without www . But now that is not important. You can still can get ranked higher with www . You have to be focused on content, keywords and analyze your competitors.

It doesn't make a difference from an SEO perspective if you have a "www" or "non-www" prefix in the URL.

Even I go with all of our friend's answer, there is no effect on SEO which your site URL has www or non-www. As you said Adsense will effect for without www then better to go for www site to get benefits of adsense

Nope. Not because of that. Doesn’t matter in the least.

Have you gone into Adsense to make sure the non www is in your list of allowed sites?
