All I have to add is that in my experience potential and theoretical legal implications based on appropriated content don't tend to have a significant effect on the value or strength of a name, when sold via sites like Flippa and so on. Both FilmDownloads.com and MusicDownloads.com sold for thousands, even when you'd presume they'd also be automatic piracy havens, as in the presumed implications did not affect their resell value whatsoever. And as DomainGuy50 said, you could also easily build a legal site around the name.
That said, I bought this domain for its registration fee, so even selling this for $100 or $200 would be amazing as it'd net me ten to twenty times the amount I paid for it. So I'm hopeful.
Setting aside this debate for the moment, appraisals on the value of the name?
