I think you understate your experience. Your BB for sale list is quite a long read

I remember that they can refuse a name just because they have already few similar in their inventory. So if they sell any they can accept those later

Where do you find appeal statistics?

Its time to reject them.
I've had the same experience too and now the marketplace is crowded. And for the good domains sold, they would sell anyways without BB.
