The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. After racking up eight entries on our all extension Top 20 Sales Chart last week, the ccTLDs had another big outing this week, placing five names on the elite list including the #1 sale on the Big Board – a 6-figure blockbuster that ranks as one of the three biggest country codes reported this year. That was one of three ccTLDs that reached the top 10 on the Big Board. The .coms also had their usual strong performance with 13 entries on the honor role to lead all extensions, as they customarily do. Three spots went to non .com gTLDs – two of which were new gTLDs. You can get all of the details here: http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2018/20181114.htm

An interesting report in several respects. As well as the continued strength of some country codes, really interesting to see two ngTLDs make the top 20 in the weekly report, and I believe they both are non-registry sales, which is doubly surprising. Lots of activity on the .company ngTLD further down the list - not clear to me which ones are registry and which not (I know from discussions here I think at least 2 of them are non-registry but might be wrong).

Thank you so much for the way you have served our community over such a long period @Ron Jackson ! I look forward to the sales report each week, as well as your other posts. It is an incredible contribution that makes our community better informed and that promotes domain names as valuable digital assets to a broader world.

In a way surprisingly cheap price for BeMe, assuming it wont cause issues that it previously a business.

I bet that half of the domains in the list would have been praised at very low here if they were shown before being sold.
