if you're comfortable with your ROI on the two domains and in need of cash, then counter offer with lower price. I've done it on several occasions. By the way, on GD the offer is bounding for 7 days. Another option is to push it to 7-day auction - at least you have one guaranteed buyer.

Without knowing the time frame from offer to response and how long ago both of those occurred it is hard to say.
