This is a normal practice in out bound for low xxx deals, being in outbound for 10 years always customers have paid after push, first time an end-user stopped responding after namesilo push, what can be done? I know he is listed in Google business and his phone number.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
12 hours is not a very long time to wait. I would wait a bit longer for sure.

What is the payment method?

I've NEVER moved a domain before payment so the OP has made me think...

IMO, not enough time has passed to get stressed about such a small amount. Life happens and he/she may be sick, lost net service, had an accident (or worse), lost pin # to bank account, etc, etc. etc.

I would send an email reminder (friendly) every few hours for another day or so. Then step up the language explaining you have never had to wait this long to get paid and ask them what the issue is.

After 72 hours have passed since the push, I would put the 'nice guy' personality away and break out the collector side of me...that is when you let him/her know you will post negative comments on their public profile.

If it comes to that, take a breath and let all the emotion go...just state the facts (there is no need to stir up any defamation issues).

Give him at least 72 hrs, if he doesn't send you the money then spend an extra $2 and reg xxxxxIsAScammer.top (they are on special at namecheap) where xxxxx is his full name and post it in his google review.

If you still feel extra salty you can buy hosting just to write what happened and post screenshots of the emails, if you want.

Unfortunately for that small amount of money nothing you may do other than try to shame him with negative press posts reviews etc. The registrars are not going to reverse the push under a claim of non payment since you did in fact push it the domain was not stolen.

Sorry, but it seems that you've been scammed. You should have used escrow like undeveloped. It's just 9% for your security.

i'd say consider yourself ultra lucky if this is first time of pushing first that this happened to you in 10 years.. and.. don't do it again :)

imo

Normally use undeveloped but at times enduser are skeptical to pay first. Only at this situation we push first , yeah a lesson learnt.
Pushing first is foolish. You were just lucky it didnt bite you earlier. GL.

You're not doing yourself any favors by getting all wound up so quickly.

12 hours is nothing !

24 hours is nothing !

If you're going to offer to do business in such a casual way, you should be prepared to wait a week+ before even getting concerned, much less causing such a ruckus over it. You yourself are coming across as very unprofessional with your response and lack of patience/understanding.

But funny.

No it's not. It doesn't only affect the one you're targeting but couses financial damages to the host, network and other related services most of the time.

first of all what company did you push the domain into was it namesilo, and what is the domain and who is the buyer,he may try to sell it to one of us ,then what your screwed. Because if this guy sells the domain or even puts it in his wifes boyfriends account ,the domain was never stolen ,you gave it away.
