Greetings:
I have a problem and don’t know exactly what to do:
I don’t know if it’s common but for the first time after Backordering a name, winning the auction on that name at @DropCatch Support ( Dropcatch), I can’t see the option to pay.
I won some backorders there, then seconds after winning a number one on the cart appears and then you can click on it , submit the payment and the domain start being owned at namebright, but this time it appears I won a name but the system don’t let me the option to pay it says my cart is empty or something. I contacted them but obviusly says they will contact me in two days:
- Does it happened any time to you?
-I have two days to pay the domain but there is no option to pay and I am afraid because of this bug that I can lose the domain.
Any help will be appreciated.
PD: dropcatch nowadays is working bad as hell, a lot of time reloading page when summiting a bid on an auction and while submitting a new backordering, may I stop backordering from them?

The only support they has is an e-mail and only working from monday to friday.. I wish they were like namecheap or godaddy or a lot of more registars customer support..
