Just wondering what the general thoughts are about whether the recent trend to legalize marijuana will boost the prices of pot-related domains?

I don't know if anyone else here is investing in canna stocks, but mine, and many others are taking a shellacking this week. :xf.frown:
Expect some volatility here.

Canopy ; Cronos; Medmen et all

It's the wild west out there. Where this lands is anyone's guess. Problem is akin to domains; the $8 inventory is gone in two word .coms. If one has inventory your most likely golden, if one doesn't ; the market is very volatile to invest in the reseller market and risks abound. But the rewards are huge if this plays out like it appears to be heading.

No different than these Canna plays. Sure something big is happening but is it worth it? Canopy it at 10X +/- over the initial IPO a few years back. 4 in 2015 it's at 48 today was 55+/- a few days back.

All of this is at its infancy; judging the market today is simply a peek into the future of tmorrow. And said volatility reflects the above. I personally feel the Canna play will affect medical care to the local canna beer one drinks ( without calories or beer ), to pet care and so many categories discussed here, and things we don't even forsee. It's a great plant.

I believe here in Canada driving stoned over a certain mark is a minimum $1000 fine for the first time and minimum 30 days locked up. Looks like the guy in Manitoba got off easy. I think I will stay clear of Ohio:cigar:

Whoa! That’s super expensive!!
But if it works and deters people from driving while impaired...the rest of North America should follow suit!

The Afends Hemp Revolution - Feature Film

Our motto here at Afends is ‘Question Everything’ and we’ve taken it to a whole new level.

Our new documentary, 'The Hemp Revolution’, explores the modern day hemp industry - it’s sustainable & ecological qualities, as well as the (unfounded) taboo and stigma surrounding its use. Why do petroleum based products have a monopoly on most industries, when there are much more sustainable materials that we should be using?

There may be a lot of conspiracies surrounding hemp and its uses, but there’s no denying the fact that the fashion industry is one of the most damaging industries in the world and we all need work towards un-doing the damage we’ve done, before it’s too late.

Join The Afends Hemp Revolution!

Cheers

Do you remember when the new seat belt law took effect?
How about texting and driving law?
How about the motorcycle helmet law?
There was a lot of media hype about those laws then..big fines and images being posted..
Doesn't surprise me at all about the press regarding fines being issued once the cannabis law came into effect!

Congressman: If Missouri legalizes medical marijuana, 'the tide changes nationally'
"Blumenauer said he believes it's only a matter of time before all states make the switch and that Missouri could become the 31st state to legalize medical marijuana. "

Propaganda 3.0 Hemp Boardshort are a sustainable surf trunk made from hemp, are mould resistant, and cut to a classic 18" fit. Buttery when wet, these eco-friendly trunks are our go-to in all surf conditions.
In 1937, Harry J. Anslinger and a bunch of his mates began releasing the anti-hemp propaganda displayed on these trunks to make marijuana and hemp illegal for their own private agenda and political profit. Harry made the world believe that pot-fuelled orgies, bong-smoking murderers and a one way trip to the looney bin, would be the way of life after just one puff.

Afends specifically chose to create these shorts from hemp to show that fashion can be environmentally friendly and still be of the highest quality. The fashion industry is one of the planet's biggest offenders of using plastics and pesticides with unsustainable materials such as cotton and polyester, so we set out to kill the negative stigma surrounding hemp and help move the industry in a renewable direction.

Made from 53% Hemp, 45% Recycled Polyester, 2% Spandex (Gluten Free, may contain very small traces of THC). Afends Hemp Revolution. Question Everything.

Cheers
