also of note...
i see mention of "immersive technologies"... i have:
• I.m.m.e.r.s.e.m.e.n.t (.) com
i have ad this since 2013
why am i bringing this up?
it's one of those borderline dictionary words (is that such a thing? haha) where i have seen it in use on some sites, yet not on the big guys, like Webster..etc.
recently i looked around for any usage of the word and it appears there has been some activity here as someone has trademarked the term in July of 2018.
the company who has tm'ed this is a company called Retlaw Enterprises.
from the wiki page i have found this aboutt retlaw:
"Retlaw Enterprises, originally Walt Disney Miniature Railroad, then Walt Disney, Inc. (WDI), and then WED Enterprises (WED), was a privately held company owned by the heirs of entertainment mogul Walt Disney.[3] Disney formed the company to control the rights to his name and to manage two Disneyland attractions that he personally owned. The name, Retlaw, is Walter spelled backwards"
i didn't leave a link to their website because i don't exactly want traffic coming from this page - you can direct hit them.
here is a youtube video calling it an industry onto itself:
i know i have owned the name well before their tm, however, i have read of cases where a domain owner had the name before the tm and simply
renewing the name constituted 'bad faith'
thoughts.
