If you're trying to sell a domain, why on earth would you want to hide your identity?

I wanted to purchase for myself. And everyone uses whoIS to prevent getting spam emails.
What kind of question is that on hiding your identity? Everyone uses whoIS..

It's not advisable to hide your ownership of something you want to resale. Unless you buy for personal use.

Not true at all. A lot of domain investors want their real identity in the WhoIs record so that potential buyers have an extra way to get in touch.

Why would you want to give that up?

I get less than one spam email/day...

I called to see why I was blocked and they really have no answer. Call got cut off mid way. I was by some miracle able to reg 2 names immediately after the call and then you guessed it- blocked again when I tried 2 hours later.

As far as privacy it’s a necessity. Since I regged these names at NetSol I get boatloads of spam which I was expecting. Thankful it’s a secondary email. I noticed they offer logos and website design on the front page at the bottom. They look to be in bed with the spammers.

You can sell a name just fine with privacy in place. Many of us do.

I think they have glitch in their cvv number for CC. I noticed it from billing section in account, CVV number got disappeared each time when you logoff.

Yes I saw that today. However attempting to pay with PP is showing same red error code. So it’s not just that.

Then it is simple , 1- they have blacklisted our accounts OR 2- cookies saved in their databases is a cause of errors.

I'm sure the accounts are blacklisted automatically, happens as soon as you fail once you can't make any payments again with those payment methods/accounts.

To add even if you fail just once let's say with paypal you can't make payment with paypal or card so it's obviously an auto block on your account, nothing will work.

As of now if you make one mistake you're out for good.

I just figured out how to unblock at least for one order. Go into settings and remove all payment methods. If they gave you more than one account remove payment method on each both PP and your CC. Then log out go to the link and add your five domains. I clicked pay with pp first then let them create a new tie to PP then logged in and placed order. Let me know if it works.

I just used this promo again. I will advise you remove all CC from your accounts then link such CC to your paypal and pay directly on netsol with the paypal. It works like magic.

Go to Dynadot and get your domain for $6.99 with privacy included.

My fix only worked for one order. Deleted all payment methods and will try again in a few days.

I wound't delete payment method..
~1 yr ago I deleted my cc from NS account and later NetSol canceled domain registration for all domains.

That’s the only way to fix it. They only need a payment on file if you are on auto renew. After you paid they no longer need it until and if you renew. I did it and all my domains are fine.
