cash is the easiest, most efficient, with less fees and more privacy method of payment! obviously the buyer and seller should meet to exchange the money.
for payment larger than $500 generally using bank directly is always better: wire transfer.

1- crypto
2- cash if crypto is impossible
3- barter if cash & crypto are impossible
