That is incredible you sold a .biz domain for a stunning 50k. Can you share the name with us and how you got such a high price? Did it sell with a Namesilo landing page?

It was a very popular keyword in early 2010s. Many extensions were selling for 5 figures. .com was sold for 200M. So it is not a big figure. I was expecting 100K. I bought it for 5 (1 figure) about 10 years before the sale, not in landrushes. Maybe it was a drop. 10 year later an enduser bought it at Sedo (+part of it privately by paypal). I gave the proof to dnpric.es , still not posted. Another .biz I bought for 1200 was sold 10K. I was a poor student with big cc debt in early 2000s but I was generous because I was trusting the system, and thinking everyone except students had lots of cash. Now I'm much richer but I hesitate when investing.

Cloud can still be a popular keyword. but many cloud.tld's changed hands already. So it is difficult to know the answer.
Some tlds are promoted some are depromoted, and this thing is called trend although in reality it is speculation.

What I mean in previous post: Sedo's landing pages discourages sales. I'm considering not parking at Sedo, becasue sale rate and click rate are low. But it is still a good idea to list at Sedo in make offer form, because they have many partners.

My favt registrar

Please improve the default landing page. It's not mobile friendly, is focused on promoting namesilo itself rather than my domains. Make your own site (namesilo) mobile friendly. Because even if I choose a mobile friendly template buyer is redirected to namesilo for payment or creating an account. Keep in mind that number of mobile users are more than desktop users.

Please improve your http server that hosts landing pages.
parking.namesilo.com (as CNAME) has too many IP numbers and gets down sometimes. It doesn't handle non-existing subdomains. Look at a random landing page of Undeveloped.com, you will see it has SSL enabled, subdomains are wilcarded and are redirected to domain root. If undeveloped provides seo friendly landing page, you should do better as you look like a bigger company.

Namesilo marketplace is perfect with low fees and payment-payout options, only landing pages need to be improved.

We've used NameSilo for registration purposes the past few years and, have been very satisfied with pricing and services received.

The most impressive thing to me in the full press release linked in the OP was the 9:1 ratio for transfers in and out at NameSilo. I think it says a lot that people move domains in to you! The stable, transparent and competitive pricing on many extensions have a lot to do with that. Best wishes for your next million!

The more you say prices are low, the higher they become.

I wonder whether namesilo marketplace and epik marketplace sell m/any domains.

I was enom user until recently. Now I almost h8 it. Prices are high even for resellers. Transfer out is difficult even when pushing. To get best deals we need to use many registrars.

You will get many more soon. I hope I will still get best services from you even if your platform get over crowded in future.
