Currently with Hostgator managed WP hosting for my eCommerce sites (mainly for price), its not too bad but there is a few things that piss me off about it, namely no cpanel access and the interface is clunky and slow.

Looking at Bluehost, reviews are good for WP hosting for ~$10 month, just want something that just works and I don't have to worry about it.

Thoughts?

Meh. I can get reseller hosting (unlimited domains etc) with CPanel and a million other things for less than $10 a month already thru a smaller company. HG sucks and I've never used BH because I had no reason to.

You asked for thoughts. Sounds like you made up your mind already so why bother making a thread?

What don't you understand about "eCommerce WP Hosting"?, namely managed optimized WP hosting with excellent uptime and fast WP load times. Not talking about reseller hosting or a million other things.. Move along now kiddo.

Hostgator and Bluehost are owned by EIG, so you are not going to change anything much. If you need Wordpress hosting with cpanel, check for managed wordpress hosting provider with SSD and servers well optimized for wordpress usage.
You even get free migration done with the new company.

Yeah, I was worried about that.
Anyway I went with Siteground. Well priced, came with free cloudflare CDN, and the reviews on the support are 5 star. Very happy with it so far.
