Note: I'm a little confused on the addition of the hour. How can it be extended up to 24 hrs. each time a bid is placed in the last hour. Should a bid in the last hour maybe extend it for 2 hours up to 24 hours?

Everytime someone bids, the auction is extended an hour. The max the auction may go is tomorrow 2018-09-22 2:00 PM PST.
