New poll says just a SMALL minority of Americans OPPOSE Kavanaugh’s nomination
https://therightscoop.com/new-poll-...ty-of-americans-oppose-kavanaughs-nomination/

Jesus. Do you ever read what you link to?

"found that 36 percent of respondents did not support the Senate confirming Trump's second high court pick."

"Meanwhile, 31 percent of Americans said they supported Kavanaugh's appointment to the Supreme Court."

Ok kids. 36 > 31

I've noticed lately you blaming sense of humor, sarcasm, irony etc. for when you get things wrong and then you don't even use it correctly.

Once again you prove you have no sense of humor, understanding of sarcasm or even basic irony.

"LOL! β€œMore and more!” It’s SKYROCKETING to 36%!!!

Now, it’s still more than the number of people who actually support Kavanaugh, which is 31%. But that means a whopping 33% don’t know or care if he gets nominated. Sorry, but that’s just not enough to oppose it. If he was such a horrible monster I think you’d be able to get more than all the Democrats and a tiny percentage of independents to oppose it.

But that won’t stop the media from misleading Americans with their headlines…"

31% + 33% > 36%. What a maroon.

Funny that they are fighting Kavanaugh so hard, when he seems pretty moderate. If they manage to eliminate him, I wouldn't be surprised if Trump turns around an nominates a hard-core right winger just to spite them. The Dems aren't very smart about choosing their battles these days.

It’s not about β€œbeing smart” or not. If it happened, this is not something to minimize or ignore. If he attempted to rape someone, he shouldn’t be appointed to that position.

If he’s not fit for the job, there are other candidates. Pick one, let’s see if that one is a suitable choice.

So far, he, not his accuser, is acting like the one with something to hide. She had nothing to gain by coming forward, and a lot to lose. Funny that he’s not demanding an investigation to clear his name.

Who could they nominate that won't have the same type of vague, unprovable accusations brought against him. Sen. Hiro already admitted their goal is to keep the position vacant until 2020.

Ford's lawyer won't communicate with Judiciary Committee but has done a dozen TV interviews.

It's about politics. Your gal pal is confused or lying, was probably drunk.

How should he act? He's denied the accusations and agreed to testify under oath. Ford is playing games, lying about being willing to testify, then refusing.

*** @charlescwcooke

Am I correct in saying that it is now the case that the only person who hasn’t given any form of under-oath statement (yes, letters to the Judiciary Committee count) is the accuser? https://twitter.com/mrddmia/status/1042645110259941376?s=21 …

Gov. Jerry Brown on MSNBC, Someone needs to get rid of him ( President Trump ).

Sounds like he would rather see the President assassinated than lose power.

Former clerk for Justice Scalia says Kavanaugh is innocent and Diane Feinstein will apologize to him.

β€œEd Whelan is the model of careful, discerning legal analysis and commentary. It’s why all of us who know him take everything he says and writes so seriously,” said Rich Lowry, the editor of National Review, where Whelan writes on judicial issues.

Adding to the intrigue, Whelan has told at least three associates that his confidence level in his assertions is β€œclose to 100 percent.”

I'm guessing Feinstein knew the story was B/S from the start.

How would he know, it's a Conservative activist, what do you expect his opinion to be.

"Whelan asked conservatives to adopt an uncompromising stance on appointments to the upper ranks of the U.S. judiciary."

No bias here, right?

I'll repost a bunch of Conservatives who think she's lying, that'll make my case.

She's now saying she'll testify next week if terms are fair, her safety is assured, just not Monday.

Your so defensive and ignorant. Whelan and Leo have solid reputations, don't engage in hyperbole and I respect their opinions.

You still mad that 36 is less than 64?

It's not defensive, it's a basic reply with a quote from that Conservative activist you were talking about:

"Whelan asked conservatives to adopt an uncompromising stance on appointments to the upper ranks of the U.S. judiciary."

"You still mad that 36 is less than 64?"

Are you still mad you don't get math elementary school kids can grasp? This isn't the first time you struggled with basic math.

Yes, mr-x aka mr-x Dow had a record high (where you lied). I've explained the stock market a few times to you already, let's not go thru that all again. Simply reread my past posts explaining it to you.
