Unfortunately I think most people here will agree that your 2 domains are not very strong. I don't really see anybody buying them at any price. But if you want to get more detailed reasons and feedback I suggest you put them in the appraisals section of the forum here:

I also suggest you take a lot of time to read and learn about what characteristics of a domain name can make one valuable or not. It really is a long learning process that we can't just tell you here. You need to read many many sections of this forum as well as check out the various blogs and podcasts.
