These are the names.

Daylightsolarenergy. com the end user I tragetted most is using Daylightsolar-energy. com but when I tried to send mail to them, their inbox has full and my messages couldn't be delivered

Burkegaragedoors. com and Hawaiicleaningcompany. com

All the domains are listed In both afternic and undeveloped.

What am a doing wrong?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Maybe they are content with the domain they have and yours are only marginally better.

Outbound is generally much less successful than inbound. Not sure how well 3 word domains generally sell. Hopefully the few who are routinely successful with outbound will reply.

@MS-Domains PS. It takes them a week sometimes to approve the names though, so there's a bit of a risk involved but it's good to know anyway.

If you are based in Europe your details are probably automatically masked following the new GDPR rules, if you don't have a landing/sales page I assume there is no way for interested parties to contact the owner.

If you don’t have your names on some kind of landing page at least Undeveloped or Afternic or the like you are not a serious domainer. When they type in your name there should be a lander somewhere.

I agree with @frank-germany that HawaiiCleaningCompany is the best of the names and also agree more or less with his estimate of worth. With pricing at a reasonable level and smart outbound to that region I would see a sale as possible somewhere low to possibly mid $$$. There is a SUPERB post by @rohitgoyal today on how to effectively do outbound.

To me DaylightSolarEnergy does not really make sense. Solar panels collect energy during daylight. Does Daylight add anything to the name? I only see a sale if there happens to be someone who wants to start a solar company called Daylight. Just my opinion. I could well be wrong!

Also remind to be realistic in expectations. The probability of a sale in any one calendar year even for solid com name is something like 1 in 75 to 1 in 200. So most names don't sell any particular year.

Best of luck with them @Zicdom, but be realistic!

ps I did notice that there are multiple people (such as this) who use the moniker Daylight Solar Energy. I have no idea if TM issues (you should search) - if not I would contact some of them.

Outbounding is the most powerful play in domain business.
you just need to do it rightway plus holding power of domain is very important in outbound play.

Guy patience I would say.
I got lovely names that gets views always, my domains are set up with undeveloped landers, but still no sales. I started domaining last year, but dropped those names, and this year now I reinvested in March this year, currently have over 25names and just 15solid names in that 25names I got, even after focusing more in geo domains sending out sales letters, getting replies, and also getting ban by Google.
Domaining isn't easy, but I still got my hopes high that one day, I will make a sale.

Long (3-word) domains are less easy to sell. So are names that have only one potential end user.

2 parts to outbound -
  1. Domain name
  2. Value proposition
Your domains have been discussed. Not much value I can add to that. However, your email also plays an important role in getting them mildly interested.

Did you help them understand why your domain names are better for their business? This would be an interesting question for you to catch fishes.

Sales 101 Tips
1. How do you know your emails even been read and how did you choose that email to target-tech today should be easy to find the email address of the DM aka decision Maker. The message has to reach the right person. I have done a variety of sales jobs over the years and it takes follow up contacts and trying different contact details. What exactly are you using as your pitch?
2. My suggestion as I am learning also would be good to share and or create an article-or blog post about domain name value etc.. I know one thing I say at times in general to people is put yourself in the shoes for a moment of a prospective client that might need what you offer--make the domain name like a phone # something easy to remember--some people push SEO and Keywords which has its place. However what about the mental connection people make with easy to recall names or phone #.
3. Use SEO tools look at the overall traffic of that site?---I have told people in the past unless the people already know you and are doing business with you does that domain name make sense to new search prospects?
4. If all else fails to see if you can build the site up sell the end vision.

What am a doing wrong?

- Don't invest in domains which can only sell to just one company.

- Before investing in a domain try to search for 101 reasons NOT to invest in the domain. Invest only if you find no reasons at all.
