Yeah, too late to edit the post...simple enough to just disregard. Brandon, sorry for the tag.

Elad, I've never used this one, but you might look into Transpact.com @FairTrial might be able to provide more info. I found them and other possibles here:

https://www.namepros.com/threads/wh...registry-flippa-payoneer-or-afternic.1063023/

...gl

Transpact only offers funds disbursement via wire only. No other option. Never tried them but according to their support team that's what they're offering for now.

Their % is high compare to Escrow.com

Not if you use lead import feature which has 5% fees. And Undeveloped provides Concierge service without any cost.

For example a $5000 sale on Escrow.com, your payout would be $4655 (after deducting Escrow.com Concierge fee 6.5% + $20 wire fee), buyer will pay $5152 instead of $5000 if he pays by credit card (3.05% credit card processing fee).

Now for a $5000 sale on Undeveloped.com (using lead import feature where you pay 5% fees), your payout would be $4750. No credit card processing fee for buyer so he will pay exactly $5000.

Sedo

Escrow Service
Use our Escrow Service if you don't need any technical assistance for the Domain Transfer, but still want an intermediary party to ensure a seamless funds transfer process.

The Escrow Service Fee depends on the amount of money the intermediary holds.

  • Domains over 25,000 USD: 214.50 USD + 0.89% of the purchase price over 25,000 USD.
  • Domains between 5,000 USD and 25,000 USD: 162.50 USD + 0.26% of the purchase price over 5,000 USD.
  • Domains up to 5,000 USD: 3.25% of the purchase price. Minimum 25 USD.

This is not their escrow but promotion of Escrow.domains

Very own Sedo escrow (with free concierge) is here for many years:

If domain is already listed on Sedo - firstly remove it from your account...
And only then order Sedo escrow (External Transfer).

And how would you recommend their service ?can I choose as a seller that all fees including 3% are on buyer ?

Sedo - my primary escrow over decade...
If you had at least 1 sale via regular Sedo marketplace - you will not see any difference except another commission.

And Yes, escrow fee can be paid by the buyer, just select this option when ordering it...
Regarding the mentioned additional 3% for CC/PayPal payments over $500 - this is always on buyer.
No additional fee - if buyer pays using Bank transfer.

Can you clarify why is it necessary to remove the domain from Sedo before using their escrow service?

Please upload a notarized English translation of the relevant documents
That's exactly what i've done a few years ago. Now can't recall for which service, probably not escrow.com, but surely something with domaining. Just went to a notarius and got my passport translated and verified. Then sent to the service. Got immediately approved. Costed me like 80 shekels. Well might be more now.

To OP - If they are telling you exactly what to do, why on Earth not to do that? Do you think screaming and accusing with capslock will do the business better?

it looks like they dont work with israeli banks

Then why can't you open an account in Czechia? Estonia? Lithuania? So may cheap flights now to Poland and Lithuania. PM me if you want advice on bank accounts in Czechia or on cheap travels.

As people mentioned either Sedo or Undeveloped. I tried them both, along with Payoneer escrow and Escrow.com (I dropped the last one because they because their service has really changed from what it was).

With Undeveloped you can get a 5% if the domain was imported as a lead and not a transaction.
With Sedo I think it was 3%? (Not sure though).

They're both quick and have a top-notch support. Undeveloped doesn't support ACH but they can send via SEPA, Paypal, Crypto.

I'm not sure why people still use escrow.com. I mean, personally, I've lost many deals just because of their verification BS.

I agree 100% ! I, and probably not the only one, will not send over a selfie of me holding up my personal documents to whom I do not know and even if I did know them I would not send them this information.

How will these store our PII? What safeguards are in place to protect our PII? They wont answer and frankly, they cant. Companies are getting hacked left and right. Its only a matter of time.

My bank has already done extensive document collections on me. If I am OK'd to do banking with my bank (and it happens to be the same bank as the one they use themselves I found out) then why do I also need to send them my utility bills, credit card photos, my face? If (no, WHEN) this information gets into the wrong hands then whomever has it can impersonate me as I am trying to "verify" myself. The entire process of verification is flawed right now. Will not do business with anyone over the Internet who insists on my photo and PII just for the sake of so-called verification. So, no, no escrow.com for me. Many alternatives exist.

I'm having the same problem. Submitted Passport and proof of address, and they said that address must be in English, but I can't provide it because it is written in Hebrew.

Then tried my ID and same issue. Translated it by my own and showed them and still not approving my account.

Super frustrating

Update: talked to my bank to send me a statement that includes my address in English, and they sent me a PDF file.

Escrow didn't accept that as well. Not going to use their services.
