As being a domainer we get lots of spam calls and email and you get more calls and spam mail if you do register name with Network Solutions, BigRock even Godaddy etc register.

My question is how you deal with them? As I had done an outbound for a domain name but the company decided not to buy the name as they got some painful past experience with that domain register.

Now the problem is The name itself under 60 days lock period and I cant get it to their choice of register.

Looks like they are interested ,your just going have to sit out the 60 days ....perhaps ask them which registry they prefer and you can move it there to complete the transaction at a specified date

I had done some quick look up on there owned names and found their register. The only question is do they fulfill there commitment after 60 days lock over?

By the wording in the email I think they want it ...they just don’t want to deal with xxxxxx....I would contact them again using similar wording stating your intention to move the domain to xxxxxx on (insert date) and look forward to completing the transaction at that time .

Agreed with above. You could even request a small deposit telling them that this week cement their commitment and it will be held exclusively for them (taken off the market so no one else can buy). That's totally your call though. All the best.
