if you use your laptop or desktop initially, use your phone or tablet. it should go through.
also experienced the same

I did 3 transactions of a couple of names each, but the 4th gave me an issue in red about credit card infos, but actually i used paypal, so i cant understand what happened

I had that when i was using a VPN when i changed back it was fine same here happened using paypal
