Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
NoDoes Undeveloped still require that at least 50% of my names must be using Undeveloped nameservers in order to implement payment plans?
Nice model! One of the downsides of this models is the involvement of brokers though. Their business model is also commission based (going up to 30% with some) which makes the model a bit hard to develop and manage on scale as we'd have to keep track of what the output of brokers, make sure they deliver quality work and so on.
It's a good idea though, maybe a bit later down the road we can pick this up together and work out an MVP to test the model.
Most appropriate is to include "undeveloped.com" as your website, but it will work with any url. Please what do you include as your website when you want to setup Google analytic for your account at Undeveloped?
Thanks a lot. I actually used it but wanted an experienced person to confirm it's not the entire Undeveloped website traffic I will be getting. Lol.Most appropriate is to include "undeveloped.com" as your website, but it will work with any url.
Quick update:
If you set your BIN price at the same level as your starting offer price, the make offer option will be removed automatically from your for sale page.
just a suggestion @Undeveloped
I would feel more comfortable if for a bin price set, the make offer link would be either much bigger and much more visibile.. or even better if the make offer window would be opened automatically under or around the bin price somewhere.
right now, it is very hard to notice abilirty to make offer.. for buyer. its good for those who want to emphasize bin only.. but bad for those who want ability to makeoffer equally obvious and clear.
so to satisfy all, if you do not feel you should open the offer window automatically below bin price.. then please add a setting in options to leave things as they are now.. or option2.. to open the window on screen right away. this will satisfy all clients
thanks, I hope you do this!!
I would like to tell what motivated me to make this model.
Here in the forum I read the story as one participant sold the domain through Undeveloped. He found the client through the outgoing mail, and the transaction was conducted through the domain's sales page.
So, I have a similar domain for the one that he sold (special term). And my simple way to sell would be to negotiate with this member so that he acted as a broker of my domain. Since he already has the necessary tools and potential customers for this special domain.
I have no doubt that we could agree on cooperation outside the model that I drew, but the issue of the parties confidence is still present.
This is great. One relatively minor thing I noticed though @Undeveloped - the make offer button still shows up in the footer that pops up when you scroll down on mobile.
Hey @Undeveloped, I think implementing a couple of the more standard search filters such as: 1) choosing whether to have the search term(s) at the start, within or at the end 2) no hyphens, no numbers, no IDN and 3) tweaking the price selector to have increments after 10000, would be most beneficial and increase the user-friendly experience for your visitors.
An idea/suggestion:
I've been tweaking the "Bio" field to give a own personalized sales pitch on the landing pages, and I realized it would be great if we had a global keyword like "{DOMAIN}", that can be used to input the value of the specific domain on that landing page, so any message can be more personalized/tailored to that domain.
For example:
I can edit my bio inputting this: "We've recently listed {DOMAIN} for sale. {DOMAIN} is highly memorable.."
It'll show up in the Bio of all my domains: "We've recently listed ExampleDomain.com for sale. ExampleDomain.com is highly memorable..."
would be nice.one more thing/suggestion.. any way you can add a small line to offers made to buyers and/or messages sent to them that would essetnially tell us if and/or when our msg to them was seen/read by them.. or when our offer was viewed... its obviously helpful in negotiations or communications to know if the other party has viewed our msg/offer. this way if no response for a while from them for example.. then perhpas we can lower our offer etc.. whereas without knowing if they saw our offer.. well.. u get the point I'm sure
Each site (GA and Undeveloped) each have their own bot filters in place. GA may filter some bots that Undeveloped does not and visa versa. It is just the nature of the beast that the two will never perfectly compare.I still dont understand why my Google analytics is not tracking views showing on my undeveloped dashboard? i have a domain that has 2 visits yesterday as shown on my dashboard, but none of these visits was tracked by my GA report.
Is undeveloped hiding some traffic from google analytics?
Is it possible those visits on my undeveloped dashboard are bot traffics?
Could it be that GA cannot track all visits?
I m not an expert on this kind of thing which is why i want the gurus to help explain this things.
any input will be great. @Undeveloped and others...
well this was my first thought but when I tried to click every single domain in my email (Uniregistry Market - New Domains Processed email ) it shows same spam thing. This is not domain issue.Well it says iwedding/us is untrusted site, not Undeveloped. Must be some scam activity on this domain in the past...
I sent test email with some domains to my another gmail and it works fine , Yeah may be sender issue in my case , thanks.hm, I just tried to send and click on a bunch of my links from undeveloped along with your domain and it redirects fine, without warning.
Maybe it's a sender issue, your security settings etc... don't know

@Undeveloped
i have sent a lot of messages to undeveloped support in the last few months but haven't received a single response yet.
: is there a way to remove the section of " listed by" with your name, from the landing page, i don't want it to be there.
: are you content with the current look of landing page or are you working on improving its quality.
i will appreciate if you answer these following questions thanks
