I am looking to sell my website. Below are given details:

Monetisation: Google Adsense. Please refer to screenshots attached. It made $421 last month (July) and this month as of 2 Aug $40.56 (at this rate, estimated revenue for this month is $600+).
Expenses: Domain yearly renewal and shared hosting of just about $5 a month. I did the content posting myself.
Asking price: $2000. Payment via Escrow ( we will split fees 50-50)
Main source of traffic is the pinterest account associated with the account which has about 4k followers and 2.7million views per month. This account comes with the sale.
