There's a few downloadable apps that let you make your own chat based stories, but they are full of adverts and limitations. They are however very popular amongst young folk.
I built this Web based tool that let's you make them for free and with no downloads - making sharing them with others as simple as passing on a url.
Lots of potential to monitise via adverts, but would be interested in thoughts.
