Bellow are hand regged domains that sold by Mike Mann since January 2018 up to date. Mike Mann is the CEO of DomainMarket.com. He sold so many names but I am only adding those that meets up with my cut off marks.
AcademiaBlockchain.com registered on 6/12/2018 and sold on 17th January, 2018 for $4,000 at his DomainMarket.com,

ValueSpec.com sold on 17th February, 2018, he bought it for $20 on 26th May, 2017 and sold it for $5,000 at his market place. While the domain was registered on 21/4/2015.

This week episode of the newly registered domains that sold is here once again and, we have some great domains that sold wonderfully; domains like Btm.com sold in the 4th day of registration and sold very nicely for a sum of $48,608 and there are others that also sold wonderfully as well.

When you look through the list; you can find several domains that sold on the very day of registration like bishen.top and gaea.top sold on same day.

My first Domain i/n/n/e/r/b/a/k/e/r/dot/c/o/m I sold in one week after hand regging it.

I was just about to ask how they got a 3L .com by hand regging recently. Nice.

Domain that Expired, dropped, deleted and caught belongs to what group? That made it a New reg, because it had certified all necessary habits of new regs. No matter how quality the domain could be, it was caught after been deleted.
And that made it a premium hand regged caught by DropCatch machine.

Check the actual registration date.

There are many of them caught after been deleted like that and sold very low, what would you say about that? Would that be premium because it was unsold? Or sold very cheap?

I think I will rather open a thread and hear from many domainers right away!

The domain was caught it was not available for registration so therefore it couldn't be registered by the public We consider it different when a domain is caught rather than it becoming available for registration

It was caught by DropCatch machine and not by ICANN, if it was not available for registration it would not drop and would not take up a new date but that is the power of DropCatch machine that held it from everybody and not by ICANN.
I have opened a thread on this and let's see the outcome.

I handregged the domain - NewYorkSwimSchool dot com
and sold it after reaching out to interested parties for $350
