domain newiork.com - should I grace delete, or keep?

I was searching for some new gTLD names in relation of New York city, and registrar's ai showed me also this .com option. so I took it for few bucks. As you guys know I invest exclusively in new gTLDs, not interested in .com at all, therefore have not much knowledge about brandable/typo .com domain. Can you share your opinion here? Is this good or bad typo domain name, and if good, what's the realistic appraisal? Or should I better grace delete and go back to my favourite new gTLDs?

I have 1000+ of new gTLDs, and this is my only .com name at the moment. Thanks.

It's good if it averages $0.03 or more per day parked but the grace delete window will close before you have much data, so dump it before the deadline unless it's producing, which I doubt it will. Wholesale value is about 2x to 5x net annual earnings. Retail value, like most names is $xxxx. Good luck, welcome to the non-wild side.
