Yes, it is impressive no doubt the prices Mike Mann gets from domains that many of us would have ranked as ordinary, and I do not dispute his ability to see value where others miss it. However, the real evaluation for any of us is not how many we sell in an absolute sense, but compared to our holding and acquisition costs.

This may not be as difficult to him as the above may be calculated. Mann himself stated that if he sales 1% of his N350k domains at an average of N5k, he is set.
The way he is going, 0.5% of his sales may have over shut that long ago.

I wonder if these are websites, not just domains. I cannot fathom that anyone would pay $4,000 for TheHappyHippy.com
