I have been contacted by a company that is interested in buying a domain from me. They said they found me through godaddy. It is a one word domain and I guess pertains to a product they are selling. They have asked me how much I will sell the domain for. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

the domain is tortiyahs.com it is a potato chip company inquiring. they must be starting to sell tortilla chips.

Well, since it's a TM they own dating to 2016 you better be very careful. It appears you just registered the domain this year. I'm not going to give you legal advice because I'm not qualified. You should probably inquire with an IP attorney or a domainer who is very experienced in TM issues.
