Trope is not a popular word. Atleast not in the South East Asia region and i doubt it, being popular in the US too.
The article does not have any use of 'Trope' term.
That makes me think that this could be a made up combination.
If you believe in the name, and the futuristic technology, go ahead.
I personally don't understand its use unless the term becomes popular.
Hence, reg fee for now.

I like it quite a lot because in the medical world trope is used as a suffix meaning influencing or influenced. I know this because as a kid I used a growth hormone called humatrope

"Humatrope (somatropin, rDNA origin, for injection) is a polypeptide hormone of recombinant DNA origin. Humatrope is synthesized in a strain of Escherichia coli that has been modified by the addition of the gene for human GH."

So rather than "gene messaging" you got DNA influencing dot com.

That's cool. Thanks for the input. I'll keep and put on ice. Apart from messaging, DNA influencing could be big to..... Much to ponder.
